PlymKraft, Inc. Guiding Principles

1. Our work setting will be one of trust and open communications without fear.

We want to treat each other with respect and trust that every person at PlymKraft wants to do his or her very best.  In our Company, there is no excuse for anyone throwing his or her weight around and intimidating others.
2. We will know who our customers are and meet their expectations.

Anyone we serve is a customer.   We want to find out what our customers' expectations are, and we do this by asking them.
3. We will solve problems by the right people and working together as a group to arrive at solutions.

Before we jump to solutions, we want to involve the right group of people,  identify the problem, brainstorm the problem using hard data, find the root cause, and agree on the best solution.  This will take longer, but we all agree it is the best way.
4. We will change the way we do things so they can be done the first  time without over-inspecting.

Our goal is to solve problems so that they do not come back again.  We also want to keep from setting up needless inspection systems.
5. We will all have the opportunity for continuous personal and group development of skills and training.

We all need to adopt a philosophy of learning, reviewing, and listening to tapes; attending courses and seminars, and being willing to change.
6. Management Leadership will constantly be focusing on continuous improvements.

Every manager will be involved in training to be better in leading the total quality effort.
7. We will continue to focus on long term value rather than quick fixes. (Doing all things well.)

This philosophy means doing things well comes before sales volume or personal gain - P & L profits will come if we do things well.
8. Quality should always come before quantity.

It is more important for us to first do our jobs well than it is for us to get high volumes of work.
